Edusko Collaborates with Teach for Nigeria and Ports Bridge to Train Over 100 Teachers

Many teachers today contend with the essential challenge of how to reach out effectively to students who span the spectrum of learning readiness, personal interests, and culturally shaped ways of seeing and speaking about and experiencing the world. Although these teachers work with individual classes where students are approximately the same age, these children arguably have an array of needs. The big question for many teachers is: How do I divide time, resources, and myself so that I am an effective catalyst for maximizing talent in all my students?

We are happy to inform you that Edusko in collaboration with Teach for Nigeria and Ports Bridge is bringing Prof. Simon Thompson, Head of Department of Education of University of Sussex, United Kingdom, to Nigeria to train over 100 teachers on how to effectively tailor instructions to meet individual needs in the classroom.

-Venue: Education Hub, City Hall, Catholic Mission Street, Lagos Island.

-Date: Saturday, December 9th, 2017

-Time: 10am

-Certificates of Participation would be issued
