Towergate Private School runs qualitative education for Pre-primary (Pre-Nursery and Nursery), Primary (Lower and Intermediate Basic), Junior School (Upper Basic) and Senior School students. The school also runs sixth form programmes leading to Advanced Level Cambridge International Examinations.

The Secondary arm of the school started on September 15, 2001 while the Nursery and Primary sections of the school were established in 2002, a year after the secondary in response to the demands of parents/guardians. The sixth form programme of the school started in August 2006. By May 2007, the students wrote their examination leading to the award of Advanced Cambridge International Examination Certificate. Ever since, the programme has been sustained in the school with several students undergoing different courses annually. Some of these courses include “Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) and Cambridge International General Certificate of Secondary Education in Ordinary and Advanced Levels (IGCSE).
