By subscribing to this promo “Enroll and Earn” (the “Promotion”) which is valid up to March 12, 2022, I agree that :

• a. The Promotion does not create any form of obligatory
• b. The ability/propriety to earn upon enrolling my child/ward through Edusko is entirely at Edusko’s discretion.
• c. If Edusko deems my subscribing to the Promotion eligible to earn a fee, Edusko has the sole and unfettered discretion to determine the amount to earn.
• d. I am not entering a formal binding contract with Edusko for earning a fee to enroll my ward/child.
• e. Edusko is under no obligation to divulge any fact/material facts on how a fee will be made in the event I am informed that I am eligible to earn a fee. Material facts in this circumstance will mean facts relating to how Edusko will give the fee its has adjudged to have been earned by me or such other facts relating to how the fee is obtained.
• f. Part of the requirement to be eligible for the Promotion is to complete all enrolment processes identified by Edusko, including but not limited to the payment of all fees necessary to be fully admitted in the schools hosted on Edusko’s platform.
• g. The details inputted for the Promotion can be utilised by Edusko for all lawful purposes.
• h. Edusko bears no form of liability to me or my ward, whether direct or indirect. I therefore hold Edusko, its affiliates, directors, and staff harmless from any damage or harm that may arise as a result of my subscribing to the Promotion.
