Betty Queen International School, Kaduna – Nigeria was established in the year 1986 at Kabala West, Kaduna State – Nigeria with only six pupils. It started as a day centre with three staff members which included the Proprietress, Mrs. Betty I. Oyeshola The School metamorphosed into Nursery And Primary School same year. Parents who saw the effort being put into making the best of the pupils prevailed on the Proprietress to establish a secondary school. The secondary section started in 1989. This time around, the secondary school was located along Abuja Road, Sardauna Crescent, Kaduna – Nigeria. The Nursery And Primary section which was in operation at Kabala West, Kaduna was duplicated along Abuja Road, Kaduna but with the secondary section now in place. To date, the school operates two (2) campuses. One at Offa Road, Sardauna Crescent, Kaduna – Nigeria and the other at Kabala West, Kaduna – Nigeria. From inception to date, the school has graduated over one thousand students. In January 2005, the Old Students Association of the school was inaugurated. There were practicing doctors, lawyers, engineers and several other professionals who came for the inauguration of the Association and who were products of the school. As a means of making education accessible to the less privileged, the management of the school offers scholarship to indigent students from the Nursery to the Secondary level. The school has thus been contributing to raising the educational standard of the State.
