Bols International Schools as a citadel of learning started with the establishment of its Nursery and Primary school in the year 1983 as a contribution towards the development of education in Nigeria. The College followed on the 26th of July 1996 to further aid the prudence of quantitative education of the students. Bols International Schools has the approval of all the educational regulatory bodies in Nigeria. The school is located at 135/137 New Ipaja Road, Akinogun, Ipaja Lagos. This location has till date served as the permanent site for the institution. Over the years, the school has been one of the most organized and well operated private schools in Lagos State and Nigeria as a whole.
