I would like to extend a special welcome to all new families joining us this year in the Business, Arts, Double Track Nov/Dec Remedial schools. I am honoured to be your headmaster. Our goal at COHIS is to work together to provide our students with a rich learning environment. My vision, as the headmaster, is to ALWAYS put students first! My belief is that all students can learn. As educators, we need to discover how each student learns in order to differentiate our instruction to support diverse learning styles. In a collaborative effort, we want students to thrive in all ways possible. My hope is that all learners will LOVE our school with a conducive learning environment that is positive, safe, warm, caring, as well as a fun place to help in making the future career. VISION STATEMENT To achieve academic excellence, foster godly values and shape the character of students to become useful to themselves and humankind. MISSION STATEMENT 1. Create a favorable environment for the spiritual and moral development of each student. 2. Uphold the highest academic standards. 3. Provide relevant teaching and learning aids in an ever-changing world. 4. Put in place a framework that will unearth talents and discover the purpose of students in life. 5. Establish a system to inculcate discipline and check indiscipline among students and teachers.
