FIEF (First Islamic English Education Foundation) Academy, an award winning Academy that combines Islamic knowledge with Western Education has been existing for nearly four decades since its inception in 1985. FIEF Academy was one of the first ever Government approved private schools in 1988 which was duly published in the Guardian newspaper and has been providing qualitative education for children both locally, nationally and internationally.  The FIEF founder equally served as an inspiration to the Ministry of Education which led to the Approval of private schools in Nigeria. Our children are exposed to a  qualitative educational environment supported with a multitude of excursions both nationally and internationally among which is the periodic trip to the West Coast of Africa. FIEF campus houses Nursery, Primary, Secondary and A Levels as well as Day/Boarding facilities. With 24 hours security, an in house electricity transformer supported with 3 stand-by heavy duty generators, certified hostel Mistresses and Masters and live-in kitchen staff, our boarding kids are home away from home.  The vision is to inculcate qualitative secular education without compromising thorough modern day Islamic teachings, culture and values. We believe that starting early will help shape the minds of the children positively, which will in turn reflect on their approach to life. At FIEF, children are taught in accordance to the religious doctrines of Islam. FIEF Academy is in tune with the Federal educational curriculum, supplemented by a curriculum in: Qur’an and Islamic Studies, Arabic Language, Arts, Computer Science, Audiovisuals, Ultra Modern Laboratories, Unlimited Teaching Aids among others. FIEF Academy – where great importance is attached to quality teaching blended with strict moral upbringing according to Islam tenets. FIEF opened in 1984 and took off fully in 1985 on the same ground till date. FIEF has produced a number of renowned personalities and trained children from West African countries, Europe, America and Nigeria. Among the known personalities are the renowned footballers, the Camara's of Guinea and the current Senior Special Assistant (SSA) to the Lagos State Governor on New Media, Jibril Gawat. A number of our students are also in the United States Army and a vast number succeeding in private businesses aside an uncountable number in the medical field.
