Happy Royal International school (HaRIS) is a new school established in a pandemic era of 2021.HaRIS has gone through an interesting, yet challenging phase in its development and opening. However, with determination, the school is progressing at an enviable rate. We are poised to provide our student G.E.S standard education, a blend of Cambridge curriculums with high quality and a touch of Montessori instructional style. HaRIS has a set of ethics and values to prepare our students for higher levels of learning as well as becoming meaningful citizens and career professionals in a world currently looking for competitive agents of change and integrity. Our pride is to develop students who are confident, respectful, responsible, innovative, smart, hardworking and fully equipped for success in any sector they choose for themselves. Our teachers are trained, experienced, professional, loving, kind and revolutionary; and they teach with modern teaching and learning skills as well as resource materials.

An astute Ghanaian Couple with Education at heart dreamt of establishing a school when they realized there was no first Cycle institution in their vicinity. The flear for putting up a school started way back 2005. Ten years after the acquisition of land, the structural development began. It wasn’t easy but with hard work, determination and perseverance the major blocks were lifted for commencement. The school was to start in 2019/2020 academic year but just as the preparations were done, COVID 19 pandemic showed up and thus saddled the whole dream. The pronouncement from the president to re-open schools after a long break ignited the zeal to start the operation. The school, Happy Royal International, started its operations on 18th January 2021 with 36 pupils of which 2 were boarders. The school is a day and boarding school. Within a year of opening, we have reach a total of 200 hundreds students with new admissions ongoing.
