Kesho Academy is a budding Preparatory School that provides training to pupils/students based on the Montessori principles and Ghana Education Service's (GES) curriculum. Kesho is a Swahili word which in terms of general day-to-day usage means Tomorrow, but could be used expressively to mean "The Future". Kesho Academy therefore, seeks to address the human resource requirements of a better "Future" with the total spiritual, intellectual and physical well being of your ward in mind. At Kesho Academy we believe that a school should foster courage, generosity, imagination, principle and resolution so that children emerge empowered with the skills and abilities to be the leaders and guardians of tomorrow's world. The founding of KESHO ACADEMY was inspired by a catastrophe that hit the ARYEE family of Nii Boi Town Accra. On April 4, 2009, death laid its icy hands on 19 years old Lovia Naa Ayikoole Aryee the daughter of the founders of KESHO ACADEMY, Mr. and Mrs. ARYEE. This unfortunate occurrence therefore ended what otherwise would have been a promising future for an academically brilliant young woman. The short life of Lovia was marked by a demonstration of Academic astuteness that was admired by all that met her. In recognition of her academic brilliance whilst alive and as a source of inspiration to the youth towards the attainment of academic excellence, the family decided to establish a school to eternalize the name LOVIA NAA AYIKOOLE ARYEE.
