The idea of starting as Christian School was initially conceived by a group of friends who caught the vision of faith based curriculum when they came in contact with Accelerated Christian education Ministry Jos. After due consultations these friends went ahead to register the school with the name Kings Academy with ACEM Jos with the view of providing the community with a Bible based education. This is because it was observed that the present education system seems to take away God from the child's education. The school fully started operation in 2010 with a total of 61 pupils with Mr. Habila Luka Gambo and Mary Martins as the first Proprietor and Head teacher respectively. The name of the school was later changed to Love Paradise Academy after the demise of Bro. Habila Luka Gambo in 2011. Secondary Education was introduced in the 2014/2015 academic session with 8 pupils. Presently the school has over 400 pupils. Phylosophy of Christian Education • The educational philosophy of LPA is based upon a God-centered view. God's Word is the only source of truth, and the Bible is the inspired and only infallible, authoritative Word of God. God has created all things and has revealed Himself through the written word (Hebrews 1:1-2), the living Word (John 1:1,2,14), and His creation (Psalms 19: 1-2). • As a school, we recognize that the primary responsibility for nurturing and training children comes from God's ordained institution - the family. LPA, through its educational programs, will seek to reinforce and strengthen the Christian families it serves. • We believe that each child is a unique individual with value, gifts and talents given to him by God. We realize that LPA has the responsibility to mold, train and nurture young lives, in order for students to grow to be all that God has created them to be, to His glory. • Our responsibility to students mandates that we assist their development academically, spiritually, physically, emotionally, and socially. We recognize that these areas are an inseparable part of the whole child. Every aspect of LPA’s program will include an integration of God's Word. .
