At M.D School we believe that every child counts. Our staff are trained professionals who specialize in meeting the individual need of every child. The continuous professional development of staff is facilitated by seasoned educationists both in Nigeria and overseas. All in all, our focus is to operate within the scope of international best practice. Over the years, the school has produced pupils whose skills in leadership and chosen professions have proven to be world standard. All learners at M.D School are exposed to global best practice in education. We have partner schools in the U.K – Raynham Primary School, Edmonton London, St Werburgh Primary School, Bristol, Trinity Primary School and Sunnydale. Our children have been opportuned to learn in some of these Schools with their British counterparts during our school immersion programmes. Our pupils are also involved in the French immersion programme at the Republics of Benin & Togo.

M.D Special Nursery & Primary School started at the present Agidingbi location on the 24th September, 1986 with a vision to mainstream the special needs children with the regular children. Due to the very distinct excellent standard of education being provided right from inception, the Lagos State Government gave official approval to the School in February 1987.The Special unit of the School had to move to its present location in April 1988. The School started on another location at New Oko-oba, on the 26th September, 2004 and this is purpose built and the permanent site of the School.
