The Secondary Section of the school came into inception in 9th September, 2003. It was approved by WAEC and NECO in 2009, the year in which both examination was first written in the school. New Era Model Schools create a conducive environment where learners can explore their creative ability thereby separating them from their equals and making them stand out through serious engagement of class activities and project work. In stimulating our learners to overcome their personal and academic challenges through art, our first task is to build a sense of confidence through innovative art task that bring out their natural skills in art. We also encourage our learners and also welcome them into our various classes just as they are. One of the best ways we have found is to guide and direct them while carryng out their work, also nurturing their innovative and creative skills through engaging them with assignments and project works.
