Our Lady of Fatima College is an all boarding secondary school for girls located at Borokiri, along Creek Road, Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

It was founded on 7th November, 1994, by Most Rev. Dr. Alexius Makozi  whose intension was to promote good morals in girls. There were 60 pioneer students admitted into JSS1.They were divided into two arms (A and B) of 30 students each. The pioneer Principal was Rev. Sr. Mary Francis Ikwenobe (EHJ)
