The school has come a long way since its establishment on 12th April, 1999. Enrollment was in trickles and by dint of hard work and determination, enrollment increased in leap and bounds thus today, the school has a population of over 1000 students with  more than 43 qualified and dedicated teachers who are prepared to deliver with little or no supervision. Academically, Roka international is rubbing shoulders with the best. In an inter-school competition in poems, rhymes and play-let organized by the Ghana Library Board, Roka International Nursery placed 2nd.
