Suncrest Private School has three level of education. This comprises of the Nursery, Primary and Secondary Classes. There are numbers of children who have grown with the school from Reception to Year 6, and High School. Attainment has been consistently ‘outstanding’ for the last six years. Our Curriculum is geared toward Children’s individual needs, allowing them to develop at their own pace. We follow the nationally approved school curriculum which is based on the following areas of learning, thereby helping children to make progress towards achieving their learning goals. These are: Personal/Social and Emotional Development: developing their confidence and self esteem using pictures. Communication and Language skills: Making sense out of the world around them using pictures. Physical Development: Enabling Children both externally and internally to explore a wide range of physical opportunities. We also support children in some specific areas, such as; Numeracy, Literacy, Understanding the world, Expressive Art and Design. We also teach them to enjoy conversation with each other during learning process. By this, they begin to extend their oral language skills to reading and writing their upper and lowercase letters formation and understanding that letters represent specific sounds in spoken words. This knowledge helps them to sound out words in print and write-out words based on their sounds. Finally, early development is fundamental to the growth of children and as we know, everyday is a day to learn something new. “Wouldn’t you rather enroll your child with us today?” You will be glad you did.
