The Royal Master’s School was established by the grace of God by Mr. and Mrs. S. 0. Olatunji. The idea was to have a Christian nursery and primary school to nurture godly children who will have a first class, comprehensive elementary education so as to make a positive impact on our educational sector which had been facing some kind of crisis especially in the last decade. The school was supposed to take off on the 17th, September 2001 as advertised to the public but it actually started a week later because of construction work that was still going on, undertaken by Cornerstone Construction Company. The dedication of the school to the Almighty God and the official opening still took place on 17th September 2001 and was done by Pastor Biyi Awolabi in a small fellowship with a small staff members namely Mrs. Azubuike, Miss Bunmi Olurin and Miss. Bola Ajide who got employed on 3rd September 2001. and operated from a temporary Secretariat. off Sparrow Close, off Avocado drive, The official opening ceremony and dedication took place on 15th December 2001, and was Co-ordinated by Pastor S. Odeyemi. The school started with a 9 months old baby, David Iyanuoluwa Olatunji, the fifth child of Mr. and Mrs. S. O Olatunji. He was later joined by another baby in the daycare and she was Esther Anuoluwapo Jesusanya. Thereafter more babies came into the daycare one after the other (as reflected in the admission register). At the end of the first session of the School, there were 14 toddlers and 14 babies. Staff strength increased to three teachers and three nannies. Landmark activities in the session were Christmas funfair (17th December 2001) and the monthly special prayer which started (march 2002).
