‘A’ Level programme at Cambridge College prepares students for external examinations conducted by the University of Cambridge leading to the award of Advanced Level General Certificate of Education. The curriculum content is divided into two namely: Advanced Subsidiary Level and Advanced Level. Traditionally, the Programme is designed to last for two academic sessions: Advanced Subsidiary Level for the first year and Advanced Level for the second. However, Cambridge College gives students two optional course duration: Accelerated 1-year A-Level Programme Regular 2-year A-Level Programme The 1-year accelerated duration is not automatic as it is designed for brilliant students who have been tested by their lecturers and found capable of writing and passing the GCE A-Level examination in one academic session. The regular 2-year A-Level Programme is for students who, after been tested, the lecturers cannot guarantee their success in the GCE A-Level examinations in one year duration.

Cambridge College was initially established as a sixth form college in Ikeja, Lagos in 1996. The college prepares students for the Cambridge board examination for both GCE “O” and “A” Levels, IGCSE and UFP. The College was initially located at Ajao Road, off Adeniyi Jones, within the Ikeja Metropolis, in Lagos State of Nigeria. To accomplish the vision of its founder, the College was moved, in the summer of the year 2000, to a more serene environment in Ikeja G.R.A. of Lagos State. It is currently located at No 64 Adekunle Fajuyi Way G.R.A. Ikeja, Lagos. The College is well-equipped with various educational materials. After several years of successfully preparing students for both Ordinary and Advanced Level examinations of Cambridge Board, the College got approval from the Government to operate regular Secondary School curricula designed for Nigeria. This ensures the integration of Nigeria’s Educational curricula and that of British curricula to broaden the knowledge acquired by students. The objective of the College is to achieve educational excellence at a level that conforms with internationally acceptable standards. Consequently, each class is made up of a small group of students so as to ensure individual attention from the teachers who are well experienced. There is no doubt about our very high academic standard. The results of our students in the SSCE and Cambridge Overseas GCE A/O Level in the past years is a testimony and proof of the qualitative education that we deliver.
