We test every single point of knowledge we expect to build in the mind of our pupils. Our teachers use methods that have proven their efficiency. The administration checks every single concept after it is taught. We detect all the gaps and show each pupils his/her weakness.   All this however will not guarantee success. What is also needed is for the students to do their work, by studying the material at the rate it is given to them, complete their assignments and work hard on their weaknesses. They also need to cooperate by abiding by the school rules.   With “smart” work it is possible to achieve better results than with (rather unfocused) hard work.
