Golden Good Shepherd Nursery and Primary school was established in 2008. It commenced classes on 10th September, 2008 with Nursery and Basic classes. The population of the school at inception stood at one hundred and it began in a makeshift structure in Kukuaba, Kubwa village in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja. It moved to its permanent site in Aba road Kubwa in September, 2009. The school introduced Montessori curriculum and methods in 2013 after training its staff in the new Montessori. The school is a full Montessori school. Commencement of junior secondary school: Golden Good Shepherd Schools commenced its junior secondary in September 2014 with admission into JSS1 and JSS2 at the same time, JSS1 began with four students and JSS2 with two students.
