Our Creche class is meant for toddlers between the ages of 3 months to 1 year and 5 months. Reception class is between 1 to 2 years. Our Playgroup class caters for children between the ages of 2 to 3 years, while Nursery class entry age is between the ages of 3 to 5 years. In the Preschool/ Nursery world, the curriculum is planned and resourced to take children’s learning forward and to provide opportunities for all children to succeed in an atmosphere where they feel loved and valued. The curriculum for the Montessori and the Foundation Stage is designed to ignite children’s curiosity and enthusiasm for learning, and to build their capacity to learn, form relationships and thrive. The learning materials have been designed to provide a wide variety of learning experience geared to the developmental needs of our preschool and Nursery children. The programmed activities involving the handling, manipulating, and working with the materials prove to be fascinating and absorbing for our children. When engaged in well-structured tasks, children experience a deep inner satisfaction which leaves them with an overall positive attitude toward everything connected with school.
