The homelike quality of our school contributes to a relaxed, focused experience for the child. Our indoor classroom activities are placed on open shelves for selection as interest and readiness inspires the child. Creche 1 (3 months - 12 months) Creche 2 (13 months -24 months)   Pre-Nursery (18 months - 35 months) Our young stars are between ages 3 months to 35 months. This age group is working on gaining independence through play. Developing their social, affective and psycho-motor skills.

Shining Star Nursery and Primary School was established by Mr and Mrs O.C Imomoh on the 5th of January 1998. 2003, Founded Shining Star College Following the huge success of our primary school, Shining Star College academic activities commenced on 6th October, 2003. Both schools aim to provide children with sound academic and moral education that will prepare them to excel in the 21st century and beyond. 2015, Shining Star Group of Schools was formed In 2015, both schools, in addition with the Crèche, were combined to form Shining Star Group of Schools, as the mission and vision are shared between both schools and we are known best as one family ‘Shining Star’.
